                                                                 and helps you build endurance. With over a dozen
                                                                 cardio machines, including a stair climber, rowing
                                                                 machines, and Jacob’s Ladder, the cardio area offers

        The gymnasium is available for rent as a full-court or
        half-court option. In June 2020, the flooring was
        refinished and new lines were painted, making the
        gymnasium ready to take on any indoor fitness routine
        or sport.  When renting the gymnasium, you receive
        access to equipment for sports such as hockey,
        badminton, and basketball, and for fun activities
        including scooters and hula hoops. The gymnasium
        is regularly rented out for school programs, fitness
        classes, and on-site military training services. Try out a
        quick game of pickleball or volleyball with friends at the
        RecPlex by calling ahead and booking a time slot!

        INDOOR  TRACK


        Another way to increase your stamina and switch up
        your cardio regime is by using the 110m rubberized
        indoor track that surrounds the weight and cardio areas.
        Invite a friend or fellow RecPlex member to join you on
        your next walk or put your headphones on, press play
        on your favourite tunes, and start moving!
