TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ATI AND WHAT
THE ORGANIZATION DOES? ►
ATI is a manufacturing company that makes
purpose-built airport maintenance equipment.
Specifically equipment that will clear an airport
runway. ATI builds plows, sweepers and snow
blowers that all work together to clear the
runway.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED FOR ATI AND
HOW LONG HAS ATI BEEN IN BUSINESS? ►
I haven’t been here very long, around two
years but the company has been in business
for 19 years.

CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR ROLE AT ATI? ►
I’m the President of the company so I manage
the managers of all our departments. We have
an office department, welding department,
production facility, and a service and training
department that each have their own
managers. These managers handle their own
day-to-day operations and report to me.

WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND IN THE
INDUSTRY? ► I don’t have a huge
background in this industry. I have a business
degree and seven years experience in the
insurance business but this was essentially all
brand new to me.
