by a team that enjoys working, moving, and celebrating together.

An active lifestyle is part of the culture. Every staff member is
offered the option of a membership at either Southport Golf Club or
Central Plains RecPlex. This encourages health, balance, and time
spent connecting outside the office. Throughout the year, staff come
together through activities such as Southport Sports Day and monthly
sports lunches that feature games like badminton, basketball, volleyball,
and floor hockey. Employees are encouraged to lead these activities,
creating opportunities for colleagues to connect beyond their daily roles.

The spirit of community continues in the summer when each
business unit hosts BBQs in a friendly competition that brings
teams together around good food and great company.

Southport’s culture is also known for its enthusiasm and
creativity. Staff regularly take part in themed events
such as Halloween and Holiday Spirit Week,
often going all out with costumes and decorations
that bring plenty of laughs across the campus.
