BUILDING

              WHAT NEXT

             COMES

     How Sustainability is Shaping
     Southport's Future

At Southport, growth has always meant more than
expansion. It has meant foresight. Responsibility.
     Leadership.

Today, that leadership is being expressed in a
new and important way, through our commitment
to building and managing our properties with
     sustainability at the core.

Across Manitoba and beyond, the impacts of
climate change are becoming more visible and
more immediate. Infrastructure owners are being
asked to think differently. To plan further ahead. To
consider not just what a building costs today, but
     how it performs tomorrow.

At Southport, we are embracing that challenge.

     A New Standard for
     Development

Every development decision shapes the long-term
strength of our campus. The materials we select,
the systems we install, and the standards we
pursue all determine how our assets will perform
     over decades.

Our recent LEED Silver designed PMLC reflects
this mindset. It was not designed simply to meet a
benchmark, but to demonstrate what responsible,
     high-performance development looks like.

     Energy efficiency. Durability. Indoor environmental
     quality. Long-term operational savings.

These elements are not trends, they are the
foundation of resilient infrastructure. They protect
asset value, reduce operating risk, and create better
environments for the people and organizations who
     call Southport home.

"When we build smarter, we build stronger."
