with all race proceeds going to the Community Foundation of

We continued to make improvements on-site with the

two-new, two-unit Centennaire South rental homes.
14 CHEERS TO 30 YEARS
We remained committed to reducing our carbon
footprint through the installation of 38 electric furnaces in the
residential units, the inaugural purchase of a hybrid vehicle
for the facilities team fleet, the installation of electric vehicle
charging stations, and the planting of over 100 trees!
