What was your job prior to
accepting the CEO position?
For the past five years, I was the Vice
President of Planning/Innovation, Quality,
Patient Safety and Risk.
How long have you worked at
Southern Health-Santé Sud?
I graduated from the University of
Manitoba and completed an internship at
the Health Science Centre. I started my
career as a Clinical Dietitian in Grunthal
and Salem Home in Winkler. I started
working for the Regional Health Authority
– Central Manitoba Inc. in 1998.
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Swansea, Wales. When I
was three months old my family moved
to Pinawa, MB, which is where I grew up.
