With the continued success of their business, ATI expanded into a different building at Southport. The building had been
originally designed by the military as an equipment maintenance building, so the location suited ATI’s operations. ATI made a few
modifications to the building, including removing walls installed by the previous tenant and installing an overhead crane system
in the assembly area. The crane has two five-ton overhead trolleys that can work simultaneously, in order to manufacture multiple
pieces of equipment at the same time.
ATI now has 21 full-time employees and produces snow clearing equipment for airports all across North America and even in
Antarctica.
